This event is a KCBS Master Series contest. Meats are NOT included; teams must supply their own meats.

This barbecue competition gives teams a chance at compete at the American Royal Invitational or to win a bung for the Jack Daniels World Championships.

We will have electricity, water, grease, garbage and coal bins provided for you. The prize money for Small Town Smoke Down has been at  set at $4,000 – 5,000 (pending full registration of at least 24 teams).  Extra nights at the Bassano barbecue grounds can be purchased for an additional fee.
