The Barbeque on the Bow Society and The Heritage Centre by Mountain View Events Ltd. are pleased to announce another KCBS sanctioned event in Alberta near Cremona.

Teams will cook only the 4 main types of meat. There are no extra categories.

They have a wonderful venue plus lots of land for campers and trailers. This event will be an Alberta Cup event where scores will be compiled at the end of the barbeque season with the winner taking home a new Yoder pellet grill, $1000 cash and a free entries to participating events in 2020.

Team and Judges registration will be posted soon. Please contact Bernie at BBQ on the Bow regarding teams and Terry Brow for the judging. Please be patient until we have all the forms up. We will post them on a few web sites by March 1. This will be the first of four KCBS sanctioned events in Alberta. As a first-year event it will count as a qualifier for the American Royal and Jack Daniels draw if there are more than 15 teams.

A great warm-up event to hone your skills for the big one in Edmonton in June which will likely be the largest event in Canada. We hope all the teams will support us in our efforts to bring events close to home and that your support is always appreciated.
